KULTURE RP — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Kulture RP. By accessing our website, joining our server, or participating in any community platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline the expectations and obligations for all members and visitors.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any part of Kulture RP (including the website, FiveM server, Discord, or social platforms), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or meet the server-approved age requirement) to participate. By joining, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Community Conduct

All players must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior across all Kulture RP platforms. This includes:

  • No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech

  • No doxxing, stalking, or sharing personal information

  • No disruptive or abusive behavior

  • Compliance with staff instructions and server rules

Failure to comply may result in removal from the server or community.

4. Roleplay Expectations

By joining Kulture RP, you agree to engage in realistic, immersive roleplay, follow all in-game rules and guidelines, avoid exploits or unrealistic behavior, and respect ongoing storylines and characters. Staff have the final say in rule interpretation and enforcement.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your accounts, all activity performed under your name, and reporting compromised accounts to staff. Sharing accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.

6. Donations

All donations made to Kulture RP are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not exempt anyone from rules or disciplinary actions. Perks or benefits may change at any time.

7. Content Ownership

Kulture RP retains ownership of all server assets, scripts, and in-game content. Screenshots, videos, or streamed content may be used for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of original creative works but grant Kulture RP permission to display or reference them in server-related media when appropriate.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in cheating, exploiting, unauthorized game modification, distributing malicious software, accessing restricted systems, or advertising other communities without permission. Violations may result in permanent removal.

9. Server Access and Availability

Kulture RP may experience downtime, updates, or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, reset characters or wipe data, and restrict access to users who violate these terms. We are not liable for loss of progress, items, or character data.

10. Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions

Staff may issue warnings, kicks, bans, or permanent removals at their discretion. Administrative decisions are final.

11. Changes to the Terms

Kulture RP may update the Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
